WirePermits is a compilation of publicly available building-permit records from official open-data APIs. It is a commercial product of Bright Wire Solutions LLC. It is not affiliated with those governments.

Public records we display

Permit data is copied from official city and county open-data APIs (Socrata and ArcGIS). Those records are already public.

Account information we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and a hashed password, plus subscription status. We do not store card numbers. Billing is handled by Stripe.

Cookies

We use a signed session cookie to keep you logged in.
